The World Needs A Little More Elmo

This guy has quite the racket going. He was taking dollar donations for free photos and petting...and let me tell you...a hit with the kiddies....he had a little furry red bag in his hand that was full of cold cash. Fun but borderline creepy because he was randomly hanging out on 6th and 48th which is like the diamond district. Not a whole lot of kids around there but A for effort in his creativity for panhandling.
