From Atlantis with Love

while walking around the bowery, i saw this gentleman and his very unique food cart. i asked him if i could photograph him and he politely declined. i was so visibly disappointed by this that i think he felt bad because seconds later he changed his mind and let me take the photograph. he's sparkling.
